This policy explains what personal information NexRep AI Studio — a brand operated by Forever Vision Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 1345519-A) — collects about you, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle your information in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1.1When you register: your name, WhatsApp number, and your email address if you choose to give it. Also the class you picked, your preferred language, and anything you type in the notes box.
1.2When you pay: the payment slip you send us, which normally shows your bank, the amount and the time of transfer. We do not collect or store your full bank account number, card number, PIN or online banking password, and you should never send them to us.
1.3As a student: your student code, which classes you attended, and any revision classes you book.
1.4If you become a partner or affiliate: the additional details needed to pay you, such as your name as it appears on your bank account.
1.5At class: photographs and video, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.
2.1To register you, confirm your seat, and send you the details of your class.
2.2To confirm your payment and issue receipts.
2.3To keep a record of attendance and of the classes you have completed.
2.4To answer your questions and provide support.
2.5To tell you about our other classes. You can ask us to stop this at any time — see clause 6.
2.6To keep proper business records, as required by Malaysian law.
3.1Our own team. Staff who need it in order to run classes and handle payments.
3.2The services that run our systems. Our website and database are hosted by service providers, and messages reach you through WhatsApp. These companies process your information on our behalf and under their own security terms. Some of them store data outside Malaysia.
3.3Our payment provider, when you pay through an online payment link.
3.4A partner or affiliate whose referral link you used will be able to see that you registered through them — your name and registration status. They do not see your payment details.
3.5Authorities, where the law requires us to disclose information.
3.6We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not pass it to unrelated companies for their own marketing.
4.1Registration, attendance and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for our business and tax records — normally 7 years, as required for Malaysian accounting records.
4.2If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove what we are not required by law to keep, and stop contacting you.
5.1You may ask us what information we hold about you.
5.2You may ask us to correct anything that is wrong — for example a misspelt name or an old phone number.
5.3You may ask us to delete your information, subject to clause 4.1.
5.4You may withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.
5.5To do any of these, message us on the WhatsApp number at the bottom of this page. We will respond within 21 days.
6.1When you register, you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp about your registration and our classes.
6.2Messages about a class you have already booked — confirmations, reminders, changes — are not marketing, and we will keep sending those while your booking stands.
6.3To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages, or message us directly. There is no charge.
7.1Our systems are password-protected and payment slips are kept in private storage that is not publicly reachable.
7.2No system is completely secure. If a breach happens that affects you, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can.
7.3Please do not send us your banking passwords, TAC or OTP codes. We will never ask for them.
8.1Our website saves small amounts of information in your own browser — for example your chosen language and a draft of a registration form you have not finished. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
8.2You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
9.1Our classes are intended for people aged 18 and above. If someone under 18 attends, a parent or guardian registers on their behalf and their information is handled under this policy.
10.1We may update this policy. The current version is always at nexrepai.com/privacy.
10.2This policy may be shown in more than one language. If there is any difference in meaning, the English version applies.
10.3This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
