NexRep AI Studio is a brand operated by Forever Vision Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 1345519-A) — referred to below as "NexRep", "we" or "us". "You" means the person registering for a workshop. By ticking the agreement box and submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
1.1Your seat is reserved only when we receive full payment. Submitting the registration form on its own does not hold a seat.
1.2Seats are limited and are allocated in the order payment is received.
1.3All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and must be paid in full before the class, unless we have agreed a deposit arrangement with you.
1.4After paying, please send your payment slip to us on WhatsApp. Your seat is confirmed only once we have received and checked it.
2.1Where we allow you to pay a deposit, the balance must be settled in full on or before the class day.
2.2Your place is not fully secured until the balance is settled.
2.3If you do not settle the balance, your deposit is not refundable in cash. It may instead be used as credit towards another class within 3 months of your original class date. After 3 months any unused credit lapses.
3.1If you cancel more than 3 calendar days before the class date, we will refund your fee less an administrative charge of RM10.
3.2If you cancel within 3 calendar days of the class date, the fee is not refundable. You may instead transfer your seat to another person under clause 5.
3.3Once you have attended the class, no refund will be given for any reason.
3.4Approved refunds are paid to the same account used for payment and may take up to 14 working days.
3.5"3 calendar days before the class date" does not count the class date itself. Example: for a class on Saturday, the last day to cancel under clause 3.1 is Tuesday.
4.1More than 3 calendar days before your class you may move once to another available date, free of charge, subject to seats being available.
4.2Any further change, or any change made within 3 calendar days of the class, is allowed only at our discretion and carries a charge of RM10 per change, payable before the new date is confirmed.
4.3A class may only be moved to a date within 3 months of your original class date.
5.1You may transfer your seat to another person at any time before the class, including within the 3-day period when no refund is available.
5.2Tell us at least 1 day before the class, with the new person's full name and WhatsApp number, so we can update our list.
5.3The person taking your seat is bound by these same terms.
5.4Any money between you and that person is your own arrangement. We do not handle it and do not refund either party.
5.5A seat may be transferred once only.
6.1Please arrive on time. Classes begin at the stated time and arriving late does not extend the class.
6.2If you do not attend and have not told us beforehand, your fee is forfeited.
7.1We may need to change the date, time or venue of a class, or cancel it — for example if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or because of illness, venue problems or other events outside our control.
7.2We will tell you as early as we can, on the WhatsApp number you registered with.
7.3If we cancel a class, you may choose either a full refund with no administrative charge, or a free move to another date.
7.4We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, leave or other costs you incur because of a change or cancellation.
8.1Bring your own smartphone — charged, and with enough free storage space. Bring a laptop as well if the class details say so.
8.2Some AI tools used in class need you to create your own account. Those tools belong to other companies, have their own terms, and some may charge their own fees. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes to them.
9.1All course materials, notes, templates and videos remain the property of Forever Vision Sdn Bhd.
9.2They are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or teach them to other people, whether for payment or for free.
9.3Access to online materials lasts for the period we state and may be withdrawn if you break this clause.
10.1You may not record, film or live-stream any part of the class.
10.2We may take photographs and video during the class for our own marketing and records. By attending, you agree that we may use images that include you for that purpose, without payment to you.
10.3If you would rather not appear, please tell our team before the class starts and we will do our best to keep you out of shot.
11.1Our workshops are educational. We teach skills and tools.
11.2We do not promise any particular income, sales, follower count or business result. What you achieve depends on your own effort, your market and your circumstances.
11.3Nothing taught in class is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
12.1Please be respectful towards the trainer and the other participants.
12.2We may ask someone to leave, without refund, if their behaviour disrupts the class, is abusive, or breaks the law.
13.1We collect your name, WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email — so that we can register you, contact you about your class, and send receipts and class information.
13.2By registering, you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp about your registration and our classes. You can ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time.
13.3We handle your information in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and we do not sell it.
13.4To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, message us on the number below.
14.1You should be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register on your behalf and give their consent.
15.1We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one shown at the time you registered.
15.2The current version is always at nexrepai.com/terms.html.
16.1These terms may be shown in more than one language. If there is any difference in meaning, the English version applies.
16.2These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
